Shipping policy

UNITED STATES

**For a limited time only, all orders to the lower 48 states over $50.00 USD ship for free with standard ground shipping.**

We are currently shipping all orders to the 50 U.S. states via select ground services. The team at Actually Good Food™ is constantly evaluating available shipping methods to prioritize excellent deliverability rates and reasonable delivery timelines, while still offering an affordable shipping service. We are not currently offering expedited shipping rates.

We will continue to monitor the performance of various shipping services and make necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. 

Shipping to a P.O. box or APO/DPO? Shoot us an email and we'll be sure we adjust your shipping to USPS.

 

INTERNATIONAL (+ US TERRITORIES)

By checking out with any international shipping option on www.ActuallyGoodFoods.com, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Import duties and taxes to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Actually Good Food LLC is, in no way, responsible for these costs.

2. Buyer agrees to pay duties and all import fees associated with the shipment.

3. If the buyer voluntarily refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, specifically duties and/or taxes, Actually Good Food LLC shall be allowed to withhold the shipping and fulfillment cost incurred on the order from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received by Actually Good Food. If the return shipment on a voluntarily rejected order is not received, no refund is due to the Buyer. 

4. On rare occasion the post office in the destination country may require the recipient to contact them to arrange delivery or pickup. In this situation the buyer agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact the post office and clear the package for delivery or make the pickup.

5. The Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions by placing an order with the International Shipping Option on www.ActuallyGoodFoods.com.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
